How we're paid, and what we are (and aren't)
Plain and simple: you pay nothing, partner homes pay us, and we tell you which homes received your enquiry.
Free for families
You never pay Aged Care Bookings. There's no charge to make an enquiry or to be connected with homes.
Partner homes may pay us
We have commercial arrangements with partner aged care homes. Partner homes pay us a fee when we pass on an enquiry to them, whether or not you end up choosing that home. We don't receive anything from you.
We'll tell you which homes received your enquiry
We only share your enquiry with your consent, and we'll always tell you which homes received it. If you'd like us to stop sharing it, just tell us.
We only contact partner homes
We check availability with our partner homes only. We don't cover every home in Australia or in your area, so other homes may also have places. You can search all government-funded aged care homes at My Aged Care or call 1800 200 422.
What we are not
- We're not an aged care provider and we don't deliver care.
- We're not a government service, and we're not part of My Aged Care.
- We don't give care, medical, financial or legal guidance, and we don't tell you which home to choose.
- We don't assess eligibility or care needs. Aged care assessments are arranged through My Aged Care.
- We can't guarantee a place, a price or a start date. Each home decides who it can accept and sets its own fees within the rules that apply to it.
